My Goals For This Design Process
1) Find a way to mitigate sound and pollution from the adjacent Freeway.
2) Be respectful of my neighbor’s view so as not to encroach upon it.
3) Explore options to take advantage of sun and wind energy.
4) Design structures that accentuate the landscape.
5) Incorporate shade through overhangs and regional foliage to counteract direct sun and cooling costs while preserving views
